MedPolitan.com collects sales tax on orders shipped within New York State. We don’t ship in Canada and other countries.
Payment Policy & Methods
Orders placed over the internet can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Also we take order over the phone. When placing an order over the internet your order is secured with our 256-bit SSL encryption it provides you with the confidence to shop online without having the fear of your credit card information being stolen. We do not save any sensitive credit card information (such as credit cards numbers and etc.), except order taken over the phone.
Shipping
Default shipping by default is UPS Ground. We ship from 5 warehouses located in 5 different states. In most cases shipping time not exceed 2-3 business days.
Also we do UPS 2-day Guarantee, UPS Overnight shipping. We need to receive all information before 4pm to process order on the same day. Rates for rush shipping based on UPS rates, and significantly higher than regular UPS Ground rates.
We ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico. Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico might be higher than website shows – in this case we will contact you regarding this matter. The majority of our orders are shipped within one business days. We do not process or ship any orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. In the event of a delay, every effort will be made to contact you by telephone or by email. If the delay is due to a backordered item, you have a choice to remain either on backorder, accept a substitute, or to cancel your order.
Returns & Exchanges
If a product is received that is defective, MedPolitan.com will pickup the product and exchange it for you at no additional cost. You must contact our customer service center within 14 days of receiving the product. The item will only be accepted for return if it’s in the original box with all of the packing materials including blank warranty cards.
Please do not alter, tape or write anything on the item or the packaging!
Please note if the item is NOT returned in its original condition there will be a 15% restocking charge.
If you receive a product and decide you don’t like it, and you want to exchange it for a REFUND you will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee, because we can no longer sell this product as a new item. Gloves can be returned with or without packing material without fee.
There is no fee for cancellation for orders not shipped yet.
For health and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns with any indications that an item has been used and/or installed. Also we cannot accept open packages for any respiratory products or other hygiene products – it’s a LAW. Please if you received such item(s), and you plan to return – DO NOT open manufacturer’ original package, otherwise we cannot accept returns.
In addition, MedPolitan.com does not accept the following items for return: diaper bags, diaper pails, liners, potty seats, feeding accessories, bottles, breast pumps, nursing pads, nursing pillows, body pillows, layette, thermometers, bath tubs and bathing accessories, lotions and powders, and other hygiene products. MedPolitan.com may cancel an order do to a typo error with the price.
